Our office maintains a low overhead so that it can pass the savings on to the client. Prices will vary depending on project type, complexity, and size. However, our prices are often half the cost of any competent competitor.

Excellent design all comes down to knowledge and experience. Collin has lead the design of both prestigious international projects and dozens of high-end waterfront homes. His expertise with local building codes is crucial to maximizing small lots often found at the beaches.

Unmatched Service

As a sole practitioner, you will never be passed off to an intern. You will always be dealing with Collin Spelts himself. Additionally, my hours are flexible. I can meet on nights and weekends so you don’t have to disrupt your schedule. If you are remote, we can have a video conference presentation.
